Healthy & Easy Vegan Recipe

  What do you need?
  • One Sweet Potato
  • Handful Of Spinach, Collard Greens and, Turnip Greens
  • Leftover Zucchini It Was About A Third
  • Olive Oil
  • Rosemary
  • Garlic
  • Sea Salt
Okay, let's get started!
  • Pre-heat your oven to 420 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Clean & Cut Up Your Sweet Potato
  • Cut them into french fry style
  • Get A Large Bowl Put 1-2TBSP Of Olive Oil In And Season To Your Hearts Desire ( I Like Lots Of Seasoning And, I Chose Rosemary, Garlic And, Sea Salt)
  • Get A Cookie Sheet Put Foil On It And Put The Fries On It Pop In The Oven Check At 15 minutes & Flip Them If Golden Brown Mine Took Somewhere in the 20-25 minutes to cook
  • In The Bowl Use The Leftover Seasoning To Toss The Greens In
  • Heat Up A Skillet & Put A Little Water In It And Add The Greens
  • Once The Greens Are Cooked Put The Zucchini In And Flip When Brown
  • Put Greens In A Bowl & Add The Nicely Golden Brown Sweet Potatoes To It
  • Now Eat Away! This Is A Great Meal For Leftover Greens
