Screened- Fuller House

Whoa the nostalgia,
Although, I watched Full House refunds because I was born in 1994 the debut of Fuller House brought me back to the times of sitting on the floor having snacks and, watching it with my brother after school. Now there is no waiting for series to be on T.V. because an amazing invention happened "Netflix!" Woohoo the entire first season is on Netflix. I am 4 episodes in and, I plan to binge watch as much as possible!

Episode 1: I enjoyed that the brought almost the entire cast back and refrained from being extra cheesy like the ne "Girl Meets World." I think they the stuck to the roots/theme of Full House and DJ being a single mother brings on a new twist to the series.

After watching the entire first season I will report back and, let you know if I enjoyed it, plus give you some highlights. I have laughed out loud but, still feel like Full House is my first choice between the two. I can't wait to experience it all and hope the episodes continue to impress!

Oh, and I can't forget our favorite TV series song is back with a bit of a new tempo to kick start the 2016 series!

Maintenance - Make The Time

Hello Loves,
For the past two days I have been doing a little body maintenance. Yesterday I was waxing my legs and, today I will be doing my nails. This may seem like a regular thing on your schedule but, for me these things always take the back burner because I will always put work first. After being really annoyed that my legs had hair on them ( as I am not a fan of hair on my legs at all) I decided I was going to wax my legs. If you have waxed yourself before you know that it is super time consuming so, you must commit at least 3 hours to have available to wax. And now after I am done typing this I will be doing my nails. If you read my previous posts you will know I am looking at getting some shampoos and vegan maintenance items. I decided that I needed to take the time to take care of myself and, to adjust the way I was taking care of my body. I am going to be working on fitting in yoga twice a day and doing something for myself once or twice a week. It is so important to take time to pamper and, nourish our bodies. I had been putting this all off for about 3 weeks and, not realizing that I need to make time for me. The whole point of this post is to realize that you too are important and, need to take the time to do maintenance on yourself. If you are interested in hearing about what vegan products I am using now to how I would like to become more natural please let me know in the comments below. I'd love to chat with you all.
Have an enlightening and adventurous day,

The Saving Game

Welcome to "The Saving Game," here we like to have you spend money so, it is impossible for you to save up. I wouldn't be lying if we didn't love to put you in debt and then make the money off of the interest. In fact that is the name of our game!!

Haha I hope you enjoyed my little joke at the top. If you are not new to this blog you will have known about 1-2 years ago I did a series on How Get Rid Debt Or Stay Debt free. No, I do not claim to know every single way or the tricks to saving but, I did and, do have some tips. If you haven't read my blog about how I earn money you might want to find in the description below. So, for years I have been saving money and investing it into my businesses similar to the Character on 7th Heaven "Simon," I too, was like a bank. I do not once remember not having money all throughout high school because I was always working and, save wisely. I went to the movies very little and, selectively went out to eat. My expenses were my phone $15 (at the time), birthday/Christmas presents, clothing, and any extras like going out to eat, movies, bowling etc. I was not a frivolous spender because I knew the value of a dollar and, how much work went into making that money. Today, I am no longer like a bank but, that is because I have invested money in my future. I decided to start a few businesses and, of course needed to purchase things, like any other business. I needed a laptop for blogging, a camera/lighting for YouTube, and inventory as an FBA seller on Amazon. Of course, Amazon has been my largest investment. I am now in-charge of my businesses and of course my finances. I actually love it and, of course it is thrilling to try and launch a business however, it burns a pig hole in my bank account. Having my blog, YouTube Channel, Poshmark/Vinted/Mercari, and Freelance work in my head would pay for my phone, clothing, some food, toiletry products etc.. It has been quite a struggle because none of those jobs are guaranteed money.  But, instead of being hard on myself I work even harder everyday in hopes that I will have a larger amount of followers, jobs on Freelance websites, and more sales on Poshmark. I just listing a lot of new items on my Poshmark closet and, have invested in a faux fur piece of fabric to make the pictures more appealing to my customers; I also, teamed up with Bear's Beauty to give my Poshers sample products from her beauty store. If you want to learn more about that you can visit my Poshmark Instagram @eyeheartedu. I applied to a freelance job( I have to get going on that a bit more but, this week has truly been all about Poshamark). I have been trying to edit as much as possible and, upload. I admit I can not do it all so, my blog did suffer a bit this week. I am hoping to sit down this weekend and, pre-write a few posts for the next couple of weeks. I absolutely love writing to you all and, I think you should have something written for you everyday of the week and, trust me, I have been coming up with ideas galore. I even have a few series that I will be kicking off! So, in order to achieve saving, and buying I intend to continue to work extremely hard and, hope my Poshmark closet sells out, that my YouTube Channel & Blog Flourish and, that I get more Freelance work. I do have to say that working hard this week payed off because I sold an item on Poshmark, gained a follower on YouTube, and sold three items on Amazon in the last three days. So, you may wonder what I want to make a month, what I want to make, and what I want to spend because everyone likes knowing everything about everyone, I guess its just the curiosity of Human Beings. So, has always I am an open book...

What I want to make well for now I would like to make from Poshmark, Freelance, YouTube, and Blogging about $200/month
I have made $5 between YouTube & Blogging
$400 Freelance Around
from 2013-2016 $1,724

It is really not the most amount of money but, it was something. Now in 2016 I would like to and, need to, step it up!

Amazon we have invested a lot in so, so far we have not seen a profit but, did break even at the end of 2015. Of course, you have to invest money to earn it... We will need to build up quite a bit of inventory before the sales start pouring in... Of Goal for Amazon this year is $10,000 Net Profit , we shall see if the goal is realistic

Now What I want To Spend Money On In The Next Couple Of Years:
I'd like to buy my own house or property having saved around $500,000 to feel comfortable enough to purchase an furnish the house and, leave enough for accidentals etc. My dream would be to buy the house/property in cash

My own car having $5,000-$10,000 to feel I am able to purchase a used car and have enough for gas/maintenance.

And of course have savings and money to travel

For Right Now there are a few Immediate purchases that I would like to make and, am looking to save up to get. I do not believe in using my credit card unless I have the money in my account ready to pay it right away which, would help me build up my credit.

So how much will I need to earn in order to pay for all these things:

Normal bill: $40/month for my phone
$40-$60 to put toward groceries

I will be needed some things for maintenance on myself:

I also, would like to do a few months of traveling and, make a travel vlog/blog. So, lets get out of the saving game and, actually make saving happen!! Hopefully I can meet my goals! Real Estate Junkie

Hello, my name is Allie and I am a real estate junkie. Oh my, the amount of time I could spend could spend looking at Real Estate is, infinite. I don't know what it is about real estate but, I love it. It may be the possibility of living in many places or, the history behind the walls. Now, I don't enjoy all real estate in fact, I want to own many different kinds of real estate. I think there is something to be said about having a family home where all of your relatives can come to on special occasions or long summers. I want to eventually own an estate to use on occasion and then turn it into a rental space, or other things, "I have a few ideas in mind depending upon where it is." Right now I am looking at real estate a little closer to home that I may want to own, rent out, air b and b, or have bed and breakfast in the next ten years. The real estate is not cheap and, may not even be available but, I am hoping to have he money to gobble up a few prime spots in many different destinations. I am a big fan of unique properties that have a decent amount of acreage and are not too close to other houses. Having farm land is an advantage especially if I were to have a bed and breakfast so, we would have fresh produce to eat/cook. A house that I would actually like to live in would be very different, maybe a converted barn or something to that extent. I would want to live in a medium sized house with the option of having a few larger houses where my family could gather and enjoy each others company. Right now I am no where near being able to afford a home let alone multiple homes. I am currently at my parents house and, I'm ok with that for now until my businesses start to pick up a larger income. I plan on taking what I earn save, invest in a property, and travel. I think traveling is very important and, it may give me an idea of how I want to live once I am on my own. I have defiantly been bitten by the travel bug and, I want to visit as many places as I possibly can. When I'm traveling I would like to blog and vlog about the places I am staying and my experiences.  I think it would be awesome if I got a chance to stay at properties in other countries and explore the way their houses etc. were built and, the history behind them. I am a true real estate junkie because I watch documentaries of the history of how palaces, and important architectural structures were made. I find it fascinating that we are walking the same steps of others who have come before us. Real Estate has been such an important part of history an, was often gifted by royalty to those who did favors for them. By doing a favor for a queen or king it may have also, earned you a title that you would not have gotten unless you were blood related to a person of a title. All of these structures have held people of great importance and, some of which their importance is unknown. Do you ever get the overwhelming feeling of how much history has taken place on the floor you now step on. That is one of the reasons I am so addicted to real estate and, the promise of the memories I can add to the home. I think the next place I will be looking in is NYC- I think I'm going to take a peek at Brooklyn and, where I could imagine myself. If you are looking for a place in Brooklyn let me know in the comments and, in my next post I will have some real estate options/links. Woohoo Brooklyn here we come! Should this be N.Y.C. month? Let me know in the comments if I should write about all the areas in N.Y.C. and, what I see about the next up and coming neighborhood. I do have to say that it seems almost all areas of N.Y.C. are up and coming these days....

Society Is Holding Us Back People Who Are Breaking The Mold

Recently I have been watching YouTube Channels instead of regular T.V. Most pre-teens to thirty year olds are watching Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube much more than they are watching Cable Television. I think the number one reason is because it is convenient. Most of us use have smart phones/Tablets where we can watch shows or YouTubers during classes, or on your way home from work if you take the bus or the ferry. It is easy to throw on a pair of headphones and tune the rest of the people out until class starts or you are back from work. Why do we watch these shows/channels; are we bored, want to tune out, enjoy the characters, or want to live their lives. Anyway it is a way to escape and turn your brain off for a little bit. Now we have so many choices that we have control over what we watch. Lately I have been watching some more positive and enlightening YouTube Channels. This week it has be been the YouTube Channel Sailing La Vagabonde. I get to watch Riley and, Elayna with minimal sailing experience sail all around the world. I journey with them on La Vagabonde and go through the ups and downs with them. It is so interested to see all the spots that end up in where almost no ones heard of or the mistakes they make and, learn from on the boat. They have been sailing for awhile and, it has been a year seen they started their sailing videos on YouTube. I am currently on episode 14 and, I'm going to be sad when it ends. I do hope that they continue to upload to their channel because I enjoy watching their adventures. They do fish a lot so, if you are vegan just a disclaimer, I obviously have my reasons for not eating animals including fish but, it is not going to stop me from watching their journey. I hope you all check out their channel the link will be below.
Have an enlightening and adventurous day,
allie

Travelers And Why Society Is Holding Us Back

By now I'm sure you know that I view life in a very different way then others. I have no intention of settling down any time soon and am not settling for a life of grief, burden, stress, and worry. Actually, you could take away all electronics and, I would be perfectly fine although, I would miss writing my blog posts and, filming for my YouTube Channel. I miss finding everyday of life an adventure and, that is were I am headed with my life. I want excitement, adventure, and most
importantly fun! I don't want to bored by everyday conversation but, actually talk to people who are filled with life. You have been probably told, "get serious and, figure out where you want you life to be." Yes, in fact that is probably why you went to college and are most likely in a shit-ton of debt... I went to a community college and was lucky enough to get financial aid, scholarship money, and have my parents pay the leftover expenses. I did well and maintained a 3.9-3.75 GPA at Brookdale which is why I was able to get some scholarship money. I was not the smartest student in the room but, I was one of the most determined. When one professor asked who wanted to be a (a word relating to global sensation right now I am having word block) I was one of two students to raise my hand. I thought wow we have the opportunity to one day become a global sensation and, I was one of two people who wanted that. I have always wanted to have the freedom of owning my own business but, it also becomes a great responsibility if you are the boss of others. I don't know if I will end up owning a company or creating my own products but, I sure hope I am. Well, I have since graduated with an associate's degree in fashion merchandising. Now, I am blogging, making YouTube videos editing them, have my Poshmark closet, an FBA seller on Amazon, and a freelancer. Now, you think that would be enough jobs for society but, nope. I either get an expression simulating " you are going to go nowhere with this and, eventually will need to get a "real" job or you get the, " that sounds like a really cool job and, a million questions." I guess the only way to be taken serious is to start making a boat load of money and, then just travel when I want. I mean wouldn't that be the logical choice or would me buying a large mansion prove that I have "made it" in society's eyes. Guess what, I am not looking for "society's" approval for how I have chosen to live my life. I am no longer looking through a glass window as an observer, I no longer want to stand aside, I want to live. I am looking to live. Most of us are looking to live and experience life but, are too afraid to do what is necessary to get there. This year I am looking to make $1,000/month save $500 and the rest for traveling! I want to live as many places as possible to see if I actually like it! No, I don't want to randomly move somewhere permanently and decide I hate where I am living. I do know that I am not a fan of winter but, I want to continue Amazon so, I will have to be in NJ from January-October. Yes, that only gives me three months to live somewhere else and, I will not avoid all the NJ cold weather; I'm ok with that as long as I have the experience of living different places three months out of the year. It is similar to a vacation but, it is also, important to me so, I end up living somewhere I love and thrive in. Right now I have nothing tying me down except, not having enough money... When I think about it, it's not a problem because if I work harder on my Blog, YouTube Channel, Poshmark, and Amazon I have no doubt that I can make it happen! My first goal is Italy, I have talked about Italy for years but, this time I am serious. My brother is going back in November and, I want to go and, travel for two weeks. That is the first place to save up for the plane ticket, food, some extra travel costs and, to stay somewhere. He volunteers at a Place called Casa Cares' so, as long as I volunteer there I can get food and, a room for free! I think it is the perfect place to set my eyes on. So, why do we let society hold us back from what we truly want to do?

Have an enlightening and adventurous day,
allie

What The Hell Is A #Veggan ?

Image result for veggan#Veggan is popping up all over social media and no, it is not Vegan spelled wrong. This poses the question "What The Hell Is #Veggan? Well, it is a vegan that eats eggs or, that is what the trend is. If only these Veggans knew there is already a name for them ovo-vegetarians. It is interesting that these Veggans think that they have tapped into a new market. Vegans are plant based and do not eat products derived from animals, this includes, meat, dairy, and eggs. Based on my research the fitness industry is trying to make some coin from this term. It is fitness enthusiast who are wanting to go vegan but, are afraid that are not going to get enough protein. Oh loves, do we not realize how much protein you are getting from a plant-based lifestyle? I will be doing a whole post on protein and why none vegans are so worried about us getting enough protein. My response is to please do you research before you question the vegan lifestyle. True Vegans will never be eating eggs so, these egg eaters can call themselves what they want because they are only helping the Vegan message to be spread. Veganism is thought to be the cool/trendy way to eat but, for most of us it is about healthy and ethical living. I will post some YouTube Channels down below to help you better understand Vegans and Raw Vegans. Lets spread the #Vegan message and help those who are a bit confused at what Veganism actually is.

Have an enlightening and adventurous day,
allie
