My Vegan Food Diary Day 6

I'm back bitch!

It's diary day and I think I pretty summed up how my day went in my previous post so, we are going to be strictly food induced. This morning I was pretty hungry when I woke up but, I didn't have many things for a smoothie and I opted for bananas. I think I'm going into a banana coma within these next weeks while working on my ebook... Yes, heads up I have an ebook coming out sometime in the month November! I am so, excited but, I have a hella lot of work to do and I am starting next week! Its exciting but, nerve racking because I have given myself a time period when I want to have it out and it doesn't give me a ton of time.. Let the recipe experimenting begin so stoked! Here is everything I ate today, enjoy!

                                                                               Breakfast:

1 1/2 bananas



Lunch:
I didn't take a picture, I had a smoothie and it came out a bit too thick for my taste. So, I had about half of the smoothie.
 
 
 
                                                                             Snack:


Two juicy red apples and a tablespoon of peanutbutter

 
 
Dinner:


















 My all time favorite, vegan pizza! Can you say, yummy! Do want the recipe?

                                                         Vegan Pizza Recipe:
                                                           Store Bought Dough
                                                           Pasta Sauce ( It is like .99 pasta sauce and I love it)
                                                           Heat up frozen spinach in my eco friendly green pan
                                                           Sauté Portabello mushroom ( very little oil if any)
                                                           Cashew Cheese homemade
                                                         
                                                           Cashew Cheese Recipe:
                                                           Soak cashews for about two hours
                                                            Take the cashews put it into your blender or single serve       blender cup
                                                              Add a little cashew water & garlic clove blend until you get the consistency you are looking for usually creamy and on the thicker side
                                                           
                                                             Heat oven 425 degrees Fahrenheit

                                                            Heat crust first for 15-20 minutes
                                                            Then add all toppings on your pizza cook for another 10    minutes or until brown


Then you can add any spices that you want: I had sea salt, oregano, basil, garlic, and nutritional yeast I had on the side to bring the pizza up another notch...

Business & Organization

 Today was a great day in my business world! As you know, I am FBA seller on Amazon in which, I travel to many book sales. The most recent book sale was in Connecticut and one of the largest we have been to. Today we shipped three large boxes with over 200 books plus, another box with about eighteen books. We are thrilled to be adding these books into our inventory! I have high ambitions for my Amazon business and, I am hoping my goals/ambitions come to life. Right now I am doing everything I love; YouTube, Blogging, and selling books. I don't know what the future brings but, as everyone hopes, I hope it brings success. I have many more books to list and will be on a listing frenzy this October, and November since book sale season ends in November. We have high hopes and many ongoing book sales that we attend in the off season. I have decided on postponing Polimoda until fall of 2016 as, I could not leave my business in this crucial time period. I also, wanted to have a lot of money saved as, I will solely be responsible for paying for everything. It will roughly cost about $18,000 in living expenses, food, and necessities.  The schooling will cost around $23,000-$25,000 to attend. I don't know about you but, I do not have $43,000 in my back pocket. My goal is to at least have the $18,000 to be able to pay out of pocket for living expenses etc.. I am not one to have debt and it makes me very nervous to potentially have $25,000 in loans and have no security blanket. Amazon is so important to me to be able to get that kind of income and, I know there is a potential, it is all about numbers. The more books you have, the more likely you are to sell books. Our number is pretty low at 779 books not including the ones we just shipped out. I am hoping to be at about 8,000 in inventory of books by August. In a closer goal I would like to have 1,200 books by December. In order to get this done we need to go to at least go to 8 book sales and purchase 150 books. I have recently learned so many things about my business in regards to ScanPower and what I need to do to accomplish my goals. I know my goals are big but, that is what makes me the person I am; dreaming big, being consist, being motivated, and landing my dreams. I am already on my way with having a YouTube Channel, Blog, and Amazon business! I believe with dedication, work, and love I will get each business to where I would like them to be! Now the question I have to you, is how are you going to make your dream a reality?
 Now down to the organizational part of my life... Today, I started cleaning our office and am currently sitting here writing to you from my office desk. I still have a ton of organization and work to do but, I had something in mind to sit at my desk and, it happened. Now how am I going to organize myself? Welcome to the new scheduler! I am going to work longer and harder for you all to create amazing and this weekend will be dedicating to scheduling out what I want to do. I will be up sooner and ready to go because I take my jobs seriously and I want them to progress into the businesses that they deserve to be! Allie, is taking the world by storm and will be steaming through to get to where she wants to go! Model Agencies Chew Down To The Bone

As usual fashion agencies are unrealistic as to the size of woman which is, really appalling considering an average size woman in America is a size 14 (18 in the U.K.). I'm not condoning being unhealthy or overweight but, isn't it just as unhealthy to be significantly underweight; Rosalie Nelson who is a British Model thought so too. She is a size 8-10 U.K. size which is a 4-6 in the U.S. That seems like a perfectly normal size however, the agency she went to go see did not think so, they ordered her to lose weight. Now this is alarming, when a perfectly healthy normal sized women at age 23 is asked to lose more weight and, she complied. When she went back to the agency after loosing a stone (14 pounds) and two inches off of her hips, the agency still insisted that she loose weight. Now Rosalie did not comply and walked out refusing to loose more weight and, good on her! Now she is petitioning to increase regulation in the fashion industry,  "agencies managing and recruiting models have a responsibility to the wellbeing of girls on the catwalk at fashion week, and in the industry as a whole," and urged that the UK should follow in the footsteps of France to criminalize the use of models who are "dangerously underweight". (Vogue)
This is something that should have been done ages ago and, I don't understand why they want women to be chewed down to the bone... It's very dangerous and does not teach girls and young women to practice healthy living. Women should have amazing self esteem yet, we are beaten down everyday by images that aren't realistic and alarmingly unhealthy! Since I have been vegan I have watched nothing but, women who praise themselves and practice living a healthy life. The other day I was watching durian rider and if you don't know him I'll link his YouTube Channel below he said something like, " If everybody was blind, how many people would you impress?" I thought that was an amazing quote and I know the fashion industry is based on looks but, it begs the question, how far will they go for a good picture? I am going to follow this story and I hope this petition ends up getting passed it's time to focus on healthy instead of "chewed down to the bone!"
