It's diary day and I think I pretty summed up how my day went in my previous post so, we are going to be strictly food induced. This morning I was pretty hungry when I woke up but, I didn't have many things for a smoothie and I opted for bananas. I think I'm going into a banana coma within these next weeks while working on my ebook... Yes, heads up I have an ebook coming out sometime in the month November! I am so, excited but, I have a hella lot of work to do and I am starting next week! Its exciting but, nerve racking because I have given myself a time period when I want to have it out and it doesn't give me a ton of time.. Let the recipe experimenting begin so stoked! Here is everything I ate today, enjoy!

I didn't take a picture, I had a smoothie and it came out a bit too thick for my taste. So, I had about half of the smoothie.
Two juicy red apples and a tablespoon of peanutbutter
Vegan Pizza Recipe:
Store Bought Dough
Pasta Sauce ( It is like .99 pasta sauce and I love it)
Heat up frozen spinach in my eco friendly green pan
Sauté Portabello mushroom ( very little oil if any)
Cashew Cheese homemade
Cashew Cheese Recipe:
Soak cashews for about two hours
Take the cashews put it into your blender or single serve blender cup
Add a little cashew water & garlic clove blend until you get the consistency you are looking for usually creamy and on the thicker side
Heat oven 425 degrees Fahrenheit
Heat crust first for 15-20 minutes
Then add all toppings on your pizza cook for another 10 minutes or until brown
Then you can add any spices that you want: I had sea salt, oregano, basil, garlic, and nutritional yeast I had on the side to bring the pizza up another notch...
