Feeling sick today stuffy nose, sore throat you probably know what I'm talking about. I actually lasted a long time because everyone in my family has been sick except me. I have lasted about a week and I think that is because I am eating a rawtill4 diet. Toda I wanted to give you some secrets of how to get better quicker. Of course if you are already full blown sick and not in the first stages it will take longer. The key to feeling better is mainly spices. I will show you what spices to use and why they make you feel better.
We will start off with the amazing spices, most people in my family take them everyday I however, do not. Mainly because I just forget. Disclaimer ( Do not use the licorice powder if you have a heart condition).
Ingredients for the spices:
Almost boil water and put it into a mug
after that add all spices 1/4 tsp
Stir and let it set for 10 minutes

Chyawanprash: I put mine in a really cute mug to motivate me to feel better!! I am currently drinking it right now! It has magic powers but, it really does help!
Recipe: Boil water put into a mug take a tablespoon of Chyawanprash put it in the mug and mix until completely stirred in.
