#SITNS Update and Chit-Chat

Ciao Tutti,
Just giving you a small update and some plans. Currently loving the way I feel on rawtill4 and I have kept it up! I am very proud of myself for sticking to it and not letting anything or anybody get me in the way of my health. I don't know how many of you are subscribed to Tone It Up, but they have a Valentine's Day Challenge going on right now and I suggest you join. Tone It Up is a great community and the challenge is free!! I have yet to start their challenge as I have been acclimating myself to the raw till 4 lifestyle and figuring out how much to eat etc... Luckily Freelee is very helpful which is why I have been watching her channel for over a year. Her ebook is also,  a great way to find out what not to do on this lifestyle.  Believe it or not it is extremely difficult to eat 2,500-3,000 calories in one day on this lifestyle you really have to smash in the calories. I have yet to reach 2,000 calories, but I m learning how to integrate that with the cronometer. Cronometer is completely free and helps you track what you are eating so you can follow the 80/10/10 mentality. I am still working it out so far my fat and protein are more like 8% so that must be fixed!  I am also, learning to eat more in the morning and make it quit a large meal. I remember in high school and middle school I wouldn't have breakfast which was a big mistake on my part. I found it very difficult to eat that early in the morning. Then I learned that you can get sick and your brain doesn't work to it's fullest potential if there is not food to fuel it. I am currently smashing down my date smoothie that takes me about 2-3 hours to drink. I already had one glass now I am on my second and I think I have enough for a 3rd glass. It takes longer to drink a smoothie than it does to eat a whole bag of chips... this is a good thing giving your digestive system something easier to break down and not a lot of fat that is hard for it to process. I am still feeling tired, but I think that is due to the fact it is winter and I have only been eating raw till 4 for about a week. I am feeling a lot better and my digestive system is defiantly thanking me. I will continue my food journal's and I think I will be posting them every Friday giving you all a glance into my week. Defiantly check out, Freelee's YouTube Channel  and tone it up ( they will defiantly help you and educate you). I feel that learning is interesting if we are not tested on it and we are just absorbing all of the information. So learn for you and not just for the sake of having to learn.
